Wallows "Are You Bored Yet?" Video Submissions

We want you to recreate your favorite moment from the "Are You Bored Yet?" music video.

We happen to be promoting "Are You Bored Yet?" at a time when most people are bored at home. So, we want you to help us recreate the official music video for “Are You Bored Yet?” shot for shot. Feel free to recreate any of your favorite shots or moments from the video as close as you possibly can and we are going to edit together a new video using your footage. Can’t wait to see what ya got.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which from Atlantic Recording Corporation ("Company") and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I grant to Company the non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right and license to use the video footage and photographs which I submit to Company (the “Content”) in any and all media in perpetuity and throughout the universe. I acknowledge that the Content may be used as a contribution to a collective work, i.e., the Content may be used as part of a music video. I acknowledge that Company shall own all right, title, and interest in and to all collective works that include the Content, including, but not limited to, the worldwide copyrights therein. For the avoidance of doubt, I shall retain ownership of the copyright of the underlying Content.

I represent and warrant that: (a) I am free to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted herein; and (b) any material that I furnish, present and/or perform in connection with the Content or the advertising or promotion thereof, shall not infringe upon or violate any law or infringe on any third party’s rights.

This license is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the respective licensees, successors, and assigns of the parties hereto. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter.
