When will the early access ticket presale begin?

All NOTHING HAPPENS purchasers from the Wallows official store will receive early access to presale tickets for the show at The Fonda Theatre on May 23rd, 2019. The early access presale will begin on Wednesday, February 13th at 10:00AM PT. Tour dates and links to ticketing outlets can be found on WallowsMusic.com.

Am I guaranteed a ticket if I pre-order the album?

Tickets are not guaranteed with your album pre-order. We are just providing early access to the on sale which will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Access codes will be sent to qualifying customers via email who pre-ordered Wallows’ new album, NOTHING HAPPENS, directly from the webstore HERE, until 10PM PT on Thursday, February 14th.

Why didn’t I receive my early access code?

Early Access codes are sent to qualifying customers at the time of purchase via email, beginning Tuesday, February 12th at 1:15PM ET. The code would have been delivered immediately after your order confirmation email with subject line “Your Wallows Tour Presale Access Code”. If you did not receive your code, please first check your SPAM/Bulk Mail filter to see if your email was redirected there. If you still cannot find it, please CLICK HERE to fill out a request for us to resend it out to you.

How do I qualify for a first access code?

In order to qualify you need to pre-order Wallows’ new album, NOTHING HAPPENS from their official webstore HERE. Any bundle offer including the album is eligible. Presale offer expires 10PM PT on Thursday, February 14th.

I pre-ordered NOTHING HAPPENS from another store, do I qualify for the first access to tickets?
A:
Only customers who pre-ordered the album directly from the Wallows official store HERE, qualify for a first access code. No other retailers are eligible.
